This website is a collection of website links I have reviewed and assembled to be useful for self referral when I am on the air and wanting to go to a source for help answering a question from a caller to my show.  It also makes it easier for me to share the information and resources I use on a weekly basis to answer the most commonly repeated and sometimes original questions that come up on my home improvement radio show.  

My goal with this website is to have a place with links to dependable and responsible information from sources interested in education as well as sales.  This is my intent for homeowners and other visitors to this site and you will find no advertising or pop ups.  My graphics are rudimentary as I am my own artless, construction brain webmaster shooting for function and simplicity.  My intention with this website is to give folks a source of collected and vetted information to help make reasoned decisions with regard to their home purchasing, maintenance and/or remodeling considerations.  I receive no payment for content on my website.            What I do for a day job 
     
When I am at work during the week you can find me on the 6th floor of the old City of Renton city hall building located at 200 Mill Ave S on the Cedar River next to the library and Liberty Park. My position title is Housing Repair Coordinator, which means I am in charge of the daily operation of the Housing Repair Assistance Program for the City. Renton which is a program offering free services to assist low income, disabled or elderly residents providing services that focus on the healty and safety of the resident and the continued longevity of the structure of their home.
